The last few days have been hectic for David Coe, who is the new manager at The Habit Restaurant and Bar in East Castle Street, Bridgnorth. David’s sister Tracey gave birth to Lillie-Anne last week, he got engaged to Penny Ashfield two days later and took over at The Habit on Monday with Tracey’s husband, Mark Smith as head chef. David was previous catering manager at The Symphony hall in Birmingham and has also been employed by Apollo Leisure, now Clear Channel, catering for theatres throughout the UK. Mark has runhis own pub in London and has been head chef at several outlets, including The Fox and Goose near Stratford-upon-Avon. David and Mark have over 20 years catering experience between them. |
